Principal Bio

Dr. Tiffany Brown - brownt@wcschools.com

Dr. Tiffany Brown is a proud Wilson County native and Mt. Juliet High School alum with a lifelong passion for education and community. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Growth and Learning from Cumberland University, a Master’s degree in Leadership in Educational Administration from Trevecca Nazarene University, and a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction from Capella University.

Dr. Brown began her career in education as a classroom teacher at W.A. Wright Elementary. She later served as assistant principal at Lakeview Elementary for seven years, followed by five years as the lead principal. Her leadership journey brought her to LaGuardo Elementary, where she is honored to serve as principal and build on the strong sense of community in the area.

With a deep belief in the power of relationships, student-centered learning, and building a positive school culture, Dr. Brown is committed to ensuring every child at LaGuardo Elementary thrives academically, socially, and emotionally.

Outside of school, Dr. Brown enjoys spending time with her family and two bulldogs, cheering on the Nashville Predators and Atlanta Braves, traveling, and making magical memories on Disney trips.
